All is in readiness for the Quarter-Finals to begin today in the Under-18’s competition while the Kevin Coombs Cup will play out their last full day of group games before their own finals begin tomorrow.
For the Under-18 women, SA Metro and Vic Country have advanced undefeated while Vic Metro and Qld South will also be feeling confident as they enter the playoffs with just one loss to their names.
Qld North, NSW Country, SA Country and NSW Metro round out the playoff teams with the Quarter-Finals tipping off at 1pm.
In the Under-18 men’s competition, WA Metro will face a tough task against Qld North who are the Championship front runners after averaging 101 points through six consecutive wins.
A possible interstate clash is on the cards for the Grand Final with Qld South also advancing undefeated but they must first get past NSW Country.
In the other Quarter-Finals, NSW Metro will meet Tasmania and Vic Metro will face Vic Country in what should be a highly entertaining clash.
