Damian has significant experience in governance, finance, strategy, HR and change management, encompassing an executive career in the healthcare industry holding various roles at Barwon Health and Epworth Health Care including CEO of Epworth Geelong, before returning to KPMG as a Partner in Management Consulting.

Damian holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Business Administration and is a Fellow, Australian Institute of Company Directors

As a basketball player Damian represented Country Victoria at two National Championships and subsequently played at SEABL (NBL1) and Big V level with a brief stint in the Geelong Supercats NBL squad. Damian has held numerous administration positions in basketball as a Commissioner, Director and Chair

Damian was elected to the Basketball Australia Board in May 2021. He is the current Chair of the BA Finance Audit Risk Sub Committee, a position held since July 2019.
