Raised in Dandenong and playing for Rangers junior team, Blicavs joined the WNBL squad in 2006.

She then gained a scholarship at the Australian Institute of Sport before returning home to play for the Rangers in 2012 when she won her first Championship.

Making the move north, Blicavs then represented the Townsville Fire where she repeated the ultimate feat in 2015 by winning another title and since then, has been chasing a third Championship with the Rangers having reached the Grand Final in 2017.

During the WNBL off-season, Blicavs has regularly played in the South East Australian Basketball League (SEABL).

From 2010–2012 she played for the Rangers while also enjoying stints with Frankston and Ballarat before joining the Kilsyth Cobras in 2015.

There, she led them to the Grand Final and took home the 2015 SEABL MVP award.

Internationally, Blicavs played for Australia at the 2013 World University Games in Russia before helping the Opals to a silver medal at the FIBA Women's Asia Cup.
