FIXTURE ANNOUNCED FOR EMUS AND GEMS OCEANIA QUALIFIERS

With the FIBA Oceania Championships beginning on Monday, December 5 in Fiji, the fixtures for the Australian Emus and Jayco Australia Gems have been released.

Both the men's and women's teams will play on the same days throughout the week-long tournament with three group games to be followed by Semi-Finals and gold and bronze medal games which will be played on Saturday, December 10.

Only one qualification spot is available for the men and women with the victor of each Championship qualifying for the Under-19 World Championships next year in Egypt.

The Jayco Australia Gems team have already been announced here with the final 12 for the Emus expected to be announced in the coming days.

Monday December 5: 10.50am vs. Tahiti
Tuesday December 6: 4pm vs. Guam
Wednesday December 7: 6pm vs. Fiji
Thursday December 8 and Friday December 9: Semi-Finals

Jayco Australia Gems:
Monday December 5: 6.00am vs. Tahiti
