The Geckos are the Women’s National representative team for deaf basketball in Australia and is made up of the best deaf athletes throughout the nation.
Due to lack of awareness and funding available for the team, the Geckos program has unfortunately been out of action for some time. DBA are working hard to rebuild the Geckos program, while constantly on the lookout for deaf or hard of hearing basketball talent across Australia.
