SureVision will light up the Quaycentre in Sydney after signing with Basketball Australia (BA) as an official supplier for the 2023 FIBA Women’s Asia Cup.
Touted for creating immersive digital experiences for sporting events across Australia and New Zealand, SureVision will amplify the electric atmosphere ignited by fans as they watch the Opals in action this June.
From highlighting scores and stats to player names and team logos, the vibrant digital signage plays a crucial role in providing key information for fans during the game, and importantly, will incorporate safety covers and impact protection for athletes.
The Asia Cup, which runs from 26 June to 2 July, will see the best eight teams from across the Asian region compete for the silverware for the first time in Australia – including China, Japan, Korea and New Zealand.
Basketball Australia CEO, Matt Scriven, said he was delighted SureVision will help elevate the in-venue experience across all 20 matches for fans at the FIBA Women’s Asia Cup.
