The Paris Olympics are finally upon us and for the first time, Australian basketball fans will have three teams to support on the world’s biggest sporting stage.
The opening ceremony will be broadcast in the early hours of Saturday morning Australian time, with festivities coming to an end at the August 12 closing ceremony.
The Opals, Boomers and Gangurrus will be flying the flag in their respective group stages from Saturday July 29 to Monday August 5 with finals and medal games.
