Australia’s Boomers are set for the second window of the FIBA Asia Cup 2025 Qualifiers with fixtures against Thailand and Republic of Korea.

The Boomers team for Thailand features Tokyo Olympic bronze medallists Nick Kay, Chris Goulding and a core of players with national experience in a range of tournaments and qualifying windows including Sam Froling, Dejan Vasiljevic, Ben Henshall, Mitch Norton and 18-year-old centre Rocco Zikarsky who are all currently competing in the NBL season.

Illawarra Hawks duo Will ‘Davo’ Hickey and Lachlan Olbrich will represent the Australian Boomers for the first time at senior international level.

Last week, it was announced Tasmanian young gun Jacob Furphy would also make his debut & Brisbane forward Josh Bannan has come in for Jack White (injury).
