There are a range of services you can access if you are a high-performance athlete or coach at Basketball Australia. Some of these services may require you to be a categorised athlete or working as a coach with categorised athletes, if you are unsure what you are eligible for please reach out to the relevant Wellbeing Manager here.
Mental Health Referral Network (MHRN)
The AIS MHRN provides eligible (categorised) athletes, alumni, coaches and high-performance staff with priority access to a network of AIS-endorsed psychologists, and mental health clinicians across the country.
The service is FREE and CONFIDENTIAL.

Basketball Australia Performance Wellbeing Team
Our Performance Wellbeing Team have a range of skill sets, systems and resources to service all Basketball Australia High-Performance Athletes and Coaches.
Our team of Wellbeing Managers can provide or refer you to the support you require to be at your best on and off the court. This is done through 1:1 and Group servicing, as well as developing policies, procedures and programs that support the high-performance environment and the Wellbeing of all involved.

Career Practitioner Referral Network (CPRN)
The AIS CPRN provides Australia’s categorised athletes’ and high performance coaches with access to a variety of endorsed career practitioners. Referrals to the CPRN are only available through a Basketball Australia Wellbeing Manager, please contact your relevant Wellbeing Manager using the contacts at the bottom of the page for more information or to make a referral.
