Alison has extensive experience in governance, risk and compliance both in the public and the private sectors in Australia and internationally. She has extensive experience as a business coach and mentor with expertise across Government relations, strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Alison is an operations and transformation executive who excels at continuous improvement and change management strategies.
Alison is the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance for Youi Insurance and was previously at Zurich Financial Service, NSW Government and Suncorp.
Alison holds a Master of Business Administration.
Alison was elected to the Basketball Australia Board in May 2021.
