Biography

At the ripe old age of 25, White has experienced the highs and lows of a professional athlete.

Hailing from Gippsland in regional Victoria, the AIS graduate enjoyed a strong college career at Duke University before retuning to Australia to play for Melbourne United.

The forward played a key role in United’s 2021 NBL championship but missed the 3-0 Grand Final series win over Perth Wildcats with a ruptured Achilles.

White would return to the court eight months later and in 2022 make his Boomers debut in front of a home crowd in Melbourne during Australia’s World Cup qualifying series.

He joined Denver Nuggets on a Summer League contract and the following NBA season, as a two-way player, was a member of the Nuggets team which lifted the trophy for the first time in their 47-year-history.

White played for the South Bay Lakers in the G-League from 2023 - 2024 and recently signed a short term contract with the Memphis Grizzlies in the NBA.
