U16 Australian Junior Champs: What you need to know

The Under 16 Australian Junior Championships will tip off this Sunday the 26th of September, with the competition taking place between Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland, Tasmania and hosts Northern Territory.

Due to the current lockdowns, New South Wales, Victoria and the ACT were forced to make the difficult decision to withdraw their teams.

Here’s everything you need to know for the upcoming event:

The majority of the games across the week will be broadcast live and free via Kayo Freebies while the rest will be live streamed across the Basketball Australia YouTube channel.

The opening match will take place between NT and WA Metro boys with matches running through until Wednesday evening before a day to rest and prepare for the finals series across Friday to Sunday.
